| I have 7.5 years experience working at Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet. My Dad is a retired GM employee, so I have been around GM products all my life. After graduating from the University of Missouri – Columbia (MU!!), I worked at the Fairfax plant as a quality control monitor. I then worked for 18 years as a computer programmer, my last 5 years with Sprint PCS before being laid-off in one of their large cutbacks. My previous career taught me to pay attention to detail, follow-up skills, and basic good business practices. I’ve been married for 25 years and have a daughter in college and a son in junior high. Through the first 4 years at the dealership, I have sold some of the large businesses in Missouri - the Missouri Lottery, Jackson County, the City of Independence, and the Kansas City School district just to name a few. Our dealership is minority owned (MBE – certified with the state of Missouri), and we are locally owned. Our dealership has been in the top 25 dealers nationwide numerous times and the #1 dealership in the Kansas City area since I started here. We have won numerous state contracts with state entities in the last 3 years – in 2009, 2010, and 2011. We stock numerous commercial trucks for instant delivery. We carry Knapheide, Monroe, BayBridge, BrandFX, and Commercial Van Interiors, as well as others.
